ألفة، ومقرّها الدوحة، قطر، هي الجهة المسؤولة عن بياناتك والمتحكّمة فيها.

Olfah, based in Doha, Qatar, is the party responsible for your data and in control of it.

ما الذي نجمعه

What we collect

هذا كل شيء. لا يوجد غيره:

This is the whole list. There is nothing else:

• بريدك الإلكتروني — لنراسلك عند الإطلاق.
• اسمك الأول — فقط إذا كتبتِه لنا. اختياري تماماً، ويمكنك تركه فارغاً.
• لغتك — عربي أو إنجليزي، لنراسلك باللغة التي اخترتِها.
• وقت موافقتك — التاريخ والساعة اللذان وافقتِ فيهما، ونسخة النص الذي وافقتِ عليه.

• Your email — so we can write to you at launch.
• Your first name — only if you type it in. Entirely optional, you can leave it blank.
• Your language — Arabic or English, so we write to you in the one you picked.
• Your consent timestamp — the date and time you agreed, and which version of the wording you agreed to.

لا نجمع اسمك الكامل، ولا رقم هاتفك، ولا عنوانك، ولا بيانات بطاقتك، ولا أي معلومة صحية.

We do not collect your full name, phone number, address, card details, or any health information.

لماذا نجمعه

Why we collect it

لسبب واحد: أن نخبرك عند إطلاق ألفة، ونعطيك فرصة الوصول المبكر. لا شيء غير ذلك.

For one reason: to tell you when Olfah launches, and to offer you early access. Nothing else.

لا نبيع بريدك، ولا نؤجّره، ولا نشاركه مع معلنين، ولا نستخدمه لإعلانات موجّهة.

We do not sell your email, rent it, share it with advertisers, or use it for targeted ads.

على أي أساس؟

On what basis?

على أساس موافقتك. لا نأخذ بريدك إلا بعد أن تضعي علامة في المربع بنفسك. المربع فارغ دائماً في البداية، ولن نضع العلامة نيابةً عنك.

On the basis of your consent. We only take your email after you tick the box yourself. The box always starts empty, and we will never tick it for you.

Who helps us run this

نستعين بثلاث شركات، وكل واحدة ترى بريدك لغرضها فقط:

We rely on three companies, and each one sees your email only for its own purpose:

قد تُعالَج بياناتك خارج قطر. خوادم هذه الشركات موجودة في دول أخرى، ما يعني أن بريدك قد يُخزَّن أو يُعالَج خارج دولة قطر. بموافقتك على قائمة الانتظار، أنتِ توافقين على ذلك.

Your data may be processed outside Qatar. These companies run servers in other countries, which means your email may be stored or processed outside the State of Qatar. By joining the waitlist you agree to this.

كم نحتفظ به

How long we keep it

نحذف بريدك بعد ١٢ شهراً من إطلاق ألفة، أو فوراً إذا طلبتِ منا ذلك، أيّهما أقرب.

We delete your email 12 months after Olfah launches, or immediately if you ask us to, whichever comes first.

كيف تسحبين موافقتك

How to withdraw your consent

في أي وقت، وبطريقتين:

At any time, in one of two ways:

• اضغطي على رابط إلغاء الاشتراك الموجود في أسفل كل رسالة نرسلها لك.
• أو راسلينا على PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL واطلبي الحذف.

• Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send you.
• Or write to PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL and ask us to delete it.

سحب الموافقة لا يكلّفك شيئاً ولا يتطلب منك تبريراً.

Withdrawing costs you nothing and needs no explanation.

حقوقك بموجب قانون حماية البيانات القطري

Your rights under Qatar's data protection law

بموجب القانون رقم (١٣) لسنة ٢٠١٦ بشأن حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية، لك الحق في:

Under Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection, you have the right to:

• الاطّلاع — أن تعرفي ما لدينا عنك.
• التصحيح — أن تصحّحي أي معلومة خاطئة.
• المحو — أن نحذف بياناتك.
• سحب الموافقة — أن تتراجعي عن موافقتك في أي وقت.

• Access — know what we hold about you.
• Correction — fix anything that's wrong.
• Erasure — have your data deleted.
• Withdraw consent — change your mind at any time.

لممارسة أيٍّ من هذه الحقوق، راسلينا على PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL. نردّ خلال ٣٠ يوماً على الأكثر.

To use any of these rights, write to PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
